Email & SMS Marketing Terms

These terms apply to the 314goods email and text-message marketing programs. They supplement the site Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Email Marketing

By affirmatively subscribing, you agree to receive promotional emails from 314goods, including new-product releases, monthly tee announcements, early-access notices, field notes, and occasional offers. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link included in a marketing email. Unsubscribing from marketing does not prevent transactional communications about an order or account.

SMS Marketing

By entering your mobile number and affirmatively opting in, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and promotional text messages from 314goods at the number provided. Messages may include product releases, monthly tee alerts, offers, back-in-stock notices, and cart reminders. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any marketing text to opt out. Reply HELP for help or email 314goods@gmail.com. After an opt-out request, you may receive one final confirmation message. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

You represent that you are the subscriber or customary user of the mobile number provided and agree to notify us if that number changes. We may modify or discontinue the text program as permitted by law.

How We Use Marketing Information

We may collect your email address, mobile number, consent status, signup source, message interactions, and related shopping activity to operate, personalize, measure, and improve our marketing programs. We may share the information needed to provide these programs with Shopify and service providers that help deliver email and text messages, manage consent and opt-outs, shorten links, prevent abuse, and analyze program performance. Those providers may process information on our behalf under their own contractual and legal obligations.

Your Choices

You may withdraw email consent through the unsubscribe link in any marketing email. You may withdraw SMS consent by replying STOP. You may also contact 314goods@gmail.com with questions about your preferences or privacy rights.

Changes

We may update these marketing terms to reflect changes to our programs, service providers, or legal requirements. The revised version will be posted with an updated date.
